Hi Selvin, I found some brilliant products at this site: www.auto-dna.co.za

I first used the Auto-DNA Car Shampoo to clean the car ( must say, the prices are great), it came out so shiny and then I clayed the paint work and applied their Williams Synthetic Coat.  It was so easy to apply and I am really looking forward to not having to wax my car again for the next 3 years.  I also applied some of the coating to my rims and it is is amazing, brake dust do not settle on the rims any more and it is so easy now to keep the rims clean.  Best products I have ever bought.

Hi Selvin

I have a similar problem and understand your frustration.  Waxing is great if you enjoy doing that on a regular basis, but if you don't want to spend every weekend cleaning your car, then having a coating done is the answer.  I used the CarPro CQuartz UK.  It last for up to 2 years.  The great thing about this coating and my dust-road problem is that I simply wash my car once a week with the CarPro Reset Shampoo, as it has great anti-static properties, so the dust do not settle on the car surface so quickly as when I use other Shampoo's.  The Reset was specifically designed to work in conjunction with the CQuartz UK.  Give it a try.

You can buy these products online at: www.carpro-sa.co.za

There is so much info on the internet about waxing and coatings. I have been waxing my cars for years now and recently moved to a smallholding where I have to drive on a 1km dirt road and the dust is killing my paint work, not to mention having to wash my car daily. Can anyone tell me if applying a coating to my car will help reduce dust build up and which coating should I consider?
